We offer the following:
• Customers who cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance can receive a full refund.
• In case of rain and other unforeseen conditions, the tour must be rescheduled for the next day and if you cannot go, the total amount paid will be refunded.
• If you do not show up at the pick-up time, your reservation will be reported as No show and will not apply for returns or change of date
• Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.
